Writing Challenges : Root Words

I once had a neighbor that had something called Agoraphobia, she would never go outside she was so scared of the outdoors which I don’t understand because nature is beautiful and she made this guy do everything for her. This other kid from my school in Mnt. Laurell had something called Metallophobia which I found out when we were playing basketball because he would never go near the rim and pole because he was just so scared to be near metal. I was in school and I cut myself on the edge of my locker and the kid next to me named Michael just fainted and he had to go to the hospital and I explained what had happened and thats when we found out that he had hemophobia.

What is it I want to do with my one wild life

I want to become a sports analysis, I want to travel around the United States going back and forth from Stadium to Stadium writing down stats and learning about all the players good or bad. I would like to sit down with players and interview them on how they like there sport and  how they got to become pro.

Writing Story

The Creepy Car
I was sitting at the dinner table last night and I had my arm on the table while I was eating. My dad noticed and started yelling, “You always have your arm on the table!” “When will you ever learn how to use your table manners?” Then he said, “If you're not willing to have manners and show some respect while you're eating, then you can just leave the house, and when you learn manners then you can come back!”
”I always get yelled at for the most stupid things ever and I just can’t take it anymore!” I screeched back. I screamed, “ I’d rather be in hell than be living with you!!!” So I went into my room and grabbed my blanket, my pillow and a small bottle of water. I slammed the door on my way out and I was gone. I didn’t really know where I was going until I ran into an abandoned house. I scouted the inside and know one was there and It looked safe so I was thinking about staying the night but that's when it started to rain. The house has a lot of holes in the ceiling and walls, so the rain kept leaking through and hitting me.
It was pretty hard to find a place to stay but while I was looking around, a car drove past me, it looked like it had been in a couple accidents in the past, but then I saw something weird, there was no car driver in the front seat of the car and the steering wheel kept spinning in circles. The weird thing is that the car was going straight and wasn’t turning the littlest bit. I think I was hallucinating so I went and found a nice dry cave and fell asleep for the night.
It was a cold night and David was wondering outside, looking for a place to stay for the night. He ran into an abandoned house but in was torn up and water was leaking through the ceiling and walls. It took about an hour before he ran into a cave

The Big Accedent

One Afternoon in the middle of spring Blake was hurrying home from school, his legs were peddling as fast as he has ever peddled before. He knew he had a huge championship baseball game at 4:15 pm. He was the starting pitcher and his arm felt ready. Blake looked to the other side of the road where his friend Sam was riding his bike. He tried to wave at him then he realized he couldn’t ride a bike one handed yet, but it was too late. He felt the front tire go crazy and he fell off of his bike, when he fell he felt a crack in his right arm. He starts screaming for help.

Blake wakes up puzzled he doesn't really know where he is, he hears his mom's voice say “ Hi honey how do you feel ?”.
Blake replies “ Where am I and what's this green thing on my arm ?”
“ Don’t worry too much bud you will be ok, you broke your arm and you'll have the cast on for 5 weeks,” explains Blake's dad.
“ Wait what time is it,” Blake says nervously.
“It is 5:30.”
“ NOOOOOO! dad I missed my baseball game, Do you know how my team did”
“ They won and they said they hope you get better, They are all worried about you”
“ Ok, Dad I can’t feel my arm, and I feel really funny.”
“ I told you, you will be ok just don't think about it too much and I’m sorry bud but you won’t be able to play baseball for a long time.”
“ I understand, but I don’t really want to wait that long”
“ I know but i'm sorry, You will just have to deal with it.”
5 weeks later…
It was finally the day, the past five weeks have been the toughest weeks of Blake's life, He is ready to go to the hospital to get his cast off. When they get there the doctor tells him to sit down and just relax . She went to the back where her tools were  and grabbed her mini saw. she told Blake to not worry about anything it won't cut through the tissue just the cast.  Blake believed her. She started to cut through the cast and all the sudden Blake screams in pain blood is dripping down his arm.
“ oh my god i'm so sorry i got the wrong saw . THIS ISN'T GOOD, Just stay calm.”  the doctor says nervously. After they scan the arm and did X ray testing there is a small slit in his bone.
“ i'm really sorry bud but your bone is slit and you will have to be in a cast for 3 more weeks.” Exclaimed the doctor
“ No the Baseball season starts soon and i want to play on opening day.” Blake said sadly
“ Sorry bud i really am, i will make sure i check the saw next time.”
Blake gets his new blue cast and goes home his dad wasn’t too happy with what had happened, his face was really red and he had a very mad look on his face. Blake was really looking forward to opening day for baseball his dad had just gotten him a new bat and a new glove and they were really good.

2 weeks later…

Blake wakes up and his arm doesn't feel bad like before, opening day is 2 days away and he really wants to go. He goes to the dining room and tells his dad that his arm doesn't hurt unlike the past 2 weeks. so after they eat Blake's dad take Blake to the doctor and the doctor doesn’t know what to do because it wasn't the day for his cast to come off but she takes it off anyway, when she does the  x-rays, the results show the bone is fine. On the way home Blake's dad was looking much more happy than the last visit to the doctors. He had a huge happy smile and was just excited for Blake to play in the season opener.

It was Tuesday and Blake was getting his uniform on and hurried to the car where his dad was waiting excitingly. His arm felt really good and he was ready, after the national anthem they get ready to hit, they are the visitors and Blake is the lead off man. Blake steps up to the plate and gets ready for the first pitch it is right down the middle and Blake can tell right as the pitcher releases the ball, Blake gives a big swing and launches the ball far into the outfield, the ball keeps going and eventually hits the ground it landed over the fence and in the parking lot.the first home run of the season and the first home run of Blake's career. Blake's team wins the game and Blake is injury free.
